At appraisal the project was estimated around USD 24.17million dollars, ADB was to provide a loan of USD 18.6 million dollars (77percent of project, 100 percent of foreign funds). AFD approved a grant amount of EUR 3.75 million which the government sought out for parallel cofinancing to finance the infrastructure in Stung Treng and the training center. The actual project cost was USD 24.98million (ADB financed USD 19.39 million, and AFD grant of USD 4.63 million) |
