According to the evaluation report, "the organizational relations between the BWI and BWTUC seem to be unclear for some leaders and local union members. BWTUC is affiliated as a union member to the BWI which is a global union in the construction industry at the international level. BWI supports BWTUC as its local union member in Cambodia in terms of the implementation of the project goals and financial support. Confusion in the organizational structure and project requirements becomes apparent as the project progresses on its next cycle." |

There were fieldwork consisted of key informant interviews (KII), internal external research, extensive evaluation of each phase, checking of budgets, progress, setbacks, gender problems and any other environmental issues rearding the project. The evaluation was very well done conducted by the supporters of the project. |
