The progress report states the project was able to broaden the ownership of CRDB; it is increasingly 'looked upon' by government agencies. In addition partnerships with civil society was highly noted. Furthermore, high ownership of MDSP and CRDB is valued. High quality of implementation reflected the strong ownership of the government and CRDB. Residential trainings helped ensure better partnerships among stakeholders. The CRDB initiated the "Making Partnerships Effective" that targeted the effective partnerships of all stakeholders. |
