Cross-cutting Issue Environment Reallocation of households were crucial for the success of the project. All proposed allocation were conducted through the HSSP2.

Impact Analysis This project aligns with Cambodia's National Comprehensive AHI Plan, the Global Program for Avian Influenza and Human Pandemic Preparedness and Response and its involvement is justified through the global goods aspect of controlling AHI.

Alignment/Composition of Finance Evaluation Although other international agencies were eager during the first appraisal stage, the disbursement was only conducted by the three donors. In addition, there were not enough funding for training and workshops whereas funds for consultant services were overly used.
