Abstract

Cambodia’s aid effectiveness compared to South Korea’s is not far different. The development in South Korea contributed to right target allocation of foreign assistance and development policies. This is the difference case in Cambodia. It should be a lesson for developing countries such as Cambodia to observe various strategies and policies learnt from South Korea.
